Heads Up Display |
I take this opportunity to explain the HUD in short. The DDay Normandy HUD usually looks like this:
- Stamina bar
DDay has a stamina bar which only lowers when you jump. You can do only 3 jumps at a time. If you jump too much you can get kicked from the server. This is why this was implemented in the first place: to prevent people to bunny around the map.
Take a look at the rules regarding this.
- General HUD
This shows your health in percentages. You can not have more than 100% health, although if you are wounded it can be restored to 100% by a medic. If you are bleeding your health will decrease 4% every few seconds as long as you are moving. If you don't move, your health won't be lowered. So only move to get yourself into safety and wait for a medic! The other 2 numbers on this general HUD are, on the left, the ammunition left in your magazine and, on the right, the amount of clips left (excluded the one loaded in your gun). No number will appear when you have no clips.
- Quick scoreboard
The quick scoreboard shows the score of your team. It does not show your personal score. Some servers might have personal kills enabled and this is then shown on the scoreboard (TAB). The left shows the points your team has gained by getting objectives. The right shows the collective number of kills. The flag shows to which side the score belongs.
- Weapon
This is obviously your weapon.

Community Info |
Himmy's server went offline, unfortunately, this time it will stay offline. Himmy rented the server and considering the small community it was time to let go.
For your information, COOLnet and dday.mine.nu are still fully functional!
