ZOTAC Cup announces last edition
It looks like the ZOTAC Duel Cup will come to an end this sunday, july 29th. It will have lasted 144 editions. Every week players can sign up freely to the cup and try to win the €100 prizemoney, winner takes all. This means the duel cup alone has distributed €14400 to the players, mostly to Strenx, who has won a staggering 48 games.
Cypher is currently the runner-up in the Hall of Fame with 17 wins, 1 more than k1llsen. Usually, the ZOTAC Cup draws in around 80 players, which a peak of 119 players.
The duel cup is usually well streamed, with streams from all over Europe. The most well-known streamer at this point is LevelUP TV who have been doing ZOTAC coverage for a while now. Holysh1t TV will also be streaming the last game, as we did for most of the first ZOTAC cups.
SyncError has said that he was contacting the ZOTAC organisers to see if the cup can keep going.

1 year ago the G-DATA Duel Cup ended as well, which was played on saturdays and also offered prizemoney to the winner.
