Clanbase EC/OC Spring 2010 Duel starting

Today is a good day to… die. Not in real life as that just sucks unless you’re hit by an F16 doing a flyby through the shopping mall where you just happened to stand in line for a smoothie on a hot Spring day, as that would be a cool way to go. But I’m talking of course about dieing in the arena!

20 players in the EuroCup and 192 in the OpenCup will battle each other over the upcoming weeks until 1 player in each cup can proclaim himself the champion! Good stuff!

We’ve already announced the groups earlier last week regarding the EuroCup, but yesterday the admins finally made the groups public of the OpenCup.

Games are to be played in a Best-of-3 fashion on the following maps: qzdm6, qzdm13, qztourney7, qztourney9 and ztntourney1.

Please notice that some did not make the groups as some punishments were made according to the defaulting behavior during last season, so please make sure to arrange games in time and to actually play them. All this for a better season!

Quick update on the ctf/tdm/ca part of the Spring OpenCups:

• CTF is currently in week 3 out of 5 – groups – schedule
• TDM is currently in week 2 out of 5 – groups – schedule
• CA is currently still in first draft stage, although the groups page is up with the same clans. I guess it’s awaiting a go signal from any of this cup’s admins for the teams to start scheduling! – groups – schedule
