I have noticed that http://visualhud.pk69.com/ no longer works. Some time ago I tried to contact the original developer but saw no response. Today I have deployed VisualHUD on Holysh1t.net. Basic functionality works, but I have disabled the counter of the total huds made and removed code involving a backend database. If you want to be Read More

Holysh1t has been down too often in the last months, due to a (probable) misconfiguration on our VPS. Me and Lashknife have moved to a new server, hosted in Amsterdam, NL. This new VPS has been running for a few months without going down once so we hope that all issues are now resolved. I Read More
We’re moving our sh1t. The transfer has been started and there might be some downtime between the end of the transfer and the editing of the DNS settings. The content stays on the same server, as we are only moving the domain. Read More
Now that Own3d is rumored to go down, a few things needed to be done. First, me and Lashknife sat together to try and save as many vods we could. We currently have 816 VODs on Own3d, but all VODs predating 1/1/2011 don’t load anymore due to problems at Own3d. This results in a loss of about 600 VOD’s. I get people from time to time asking me how my config is set up. They usually inquire about the PiP (picture in picture) setup the most, so I thought about giving a little behind the scenes view and explain how I work. I have a Dell laptop of about 5 years old, and a desktop that I have very recently upgraded. These combined give me some flexibilty in terms of streaming and being able to do other things in the meanwhile.

Holysh1t hasn’t been doing anything for quite a while. News only got posted when we just happened to pass by at the right time, but we’ll try to make that change. We’ll try to provide you with Quake news and tips, like we used to do in the past.
If you are feeling fresh and frisky and wish to help out with updating the articles or posting new stuff altogether, feel free to mail InFerNo at holysh1t.net or leave a comment.
A little history as to why we have left the site to be in it’s current state:
