Australian server temporarily down

Update: Apparantly this news item was posted by accident by the Quake Live devs and it’s content is “invalid”. The servers will not be going down!

Attention to our few Australian followers: The Sydney #1 server will go down for maintenance. The server will be switched off on thursday from 12:00 (UTC), but rest assured, it will return later that evening around 20:00. Other locations, such as Sydney #2 and Adelaide, will stay up so you can continue to play on those.

Thursday Aug, 15th, 2013 from 12:00 to 20:00 UTC, Sydney #1 will be offline for maintenance as the server is migrated to new server hardware. The Sydney #1 location will be offline during this time.

Sydney #2 and Adelaide will be unaffected by the maintenance and will remain online.
