Updated: Uber 2D Demo Viewer 0.1.1 released
Memento_Mori and myT have released version 0.1 of their 2D Demo Viewer called U2DDV (Uber 2D Demo Viewer). The first release of their nifty piece of software has support for duel, TDM, CTF and CA modes, but only a select number of maps are supported with proper 2D visualization. Other maps will have a gray background, but I have no doubt this will be addressed in the future.
Next on their to-do list is to attract people that want to spend some time in creating a 2D visualization of a map. It could take up to 1 hour to create a visualization of a duel map. More information about this can be found here. They are also looking into the possibility to use this as a tool for streamers, more details about this will follow in the future. Currently as it stands, it only shows the players, but doesn’t play any sounds. This is also high on their (and our?) do-want list.
Current supported map list:
- Aerowalk
- Battleforged
- Bloodrun
- Campgrounds
- Furiousheights
- Hektik
- Lostworld
- Toxicity
